When setting up your event policies, you can easily adjust the number of travelers. Our system allows for settings ranging from 1 traveler to a maximum of 8, which includes the primary traveler plus 7 guests. This flexibility ensures that you can accommodate your travel needs, whether it's a solo journey or a group outing.

For events, typically, you will need to make just one air reservation per traveler. However, for project, crew, incentive travel, you have the option to set the maximum number of air reservations to allow for 1-4 or even unlimited bookings. This feature is designed to provide you with the flexibility you need to manage your travel efficiently.

If they are allowed to book once, and have a cancelled reservation, their booking link will re activate.
