Below, we outline the various positions and their responsibilities to help you navigate our system with ease.

Company Roles

1. Company Owner

The Company Owner holds the highest level of authority within the organization. This role includes the ability to manage all aspects at the company level, such as:

  • Creating and editing events

  • Establishing policies

  • Adjusting company settings

  • Managing personnel

2. Company Admin

The Company Admin shares many responsibilities with the Owner but has one key limitation: they cannot delete the Owner. This role is crucial for supporting the Owner in managing the company effectively.

3. Travel Arranger (New as of December 2025)

The Travel Arranger is a role designed to streamline travel management. While they cannot create events, policies, or manage TempoTrip company users, they have several important capabilities, including:

  • Viewing events, policies, people, and settings

  • Booking on behalf of others

  • Full access to the Trips Page

  • Complete functionality for Invites and the Trips Dashboard

  • Being selected for Policy Approval notifications

  • Approving or denying trips from the Dashboard

4. Traveler

The Traveler role is designed for individuals who need to make bookings. Responsibilities include:

  • Making their own bookings

  • Viewing their personal profile

  • Accessing the booking environment if invited to book
