Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
We are committed to protecting your accounts and sensitive company data from unauthorized access. To further strengthen our security, we are rolled out Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all TempoTrip accounts.
What is MFA and Why is it Important?
MFA is an extra layer of security that makes it significantly harder for a bad actor to access your account, even if they have your password. It works by requiring two or more ways to verify your identity.
Something you know (Your password)
Something you have (A code from your email or a SMS/text message)
For first-time-users to TempoTrip, you will be prompted to set up MFA when you log in to TempoTrip. The setup process is quick and should take less than 5 minutes
Your steps for setting up will be:
Log in to TempoTrip
Follow the on-screen prompts to enroll your preferred method
Once set up, you will occasionally be asked to provide a code from your chosen method when you log in.
NOTE: MFA enrollment is not required, nor prompted, for travelers accessing the TempoTrip booking widget through the TempoTrip traveler booking link.
