Dashboard: Trips and Invites

The Event Dashboard provides a quick view of the Event's status, including Bookings and Invites. Click Invites + Trips for a detailed view. ** Invites and Trips Details

  • You can sort, filter, and Export the Invites list.

  • Click the Trip button to view details of the Trips. You can also sort, filter, and Export the Trips list .

  • To view details of a specific Traveler trip, click anywhere in the row (except the blue Policy link) .

Invite All and Remind All Filtering

  • Awaiting Email status means the traveler is waiting for the Initial Invite (use Invite All) .

  • Needs to Book status means the traveler received the Initial Invite (use Remind All).

  • The system recognizes the current filter set in the dashboard; Invite All or Remind All will only send emails to travelers based on that filter .

  • A prompt will appear to confirm the send or to cancel.
