TempoTrip sends system emails to the Traveler and the Approver .Emails Sent to Traveler
Initial meeting invite to the Event .
Meeting Reminder email. Note: The Reminder email does not include the Custom text invite .
Revoked Event Invite .
Cancelled Trip .
Trip Denied by Approver .
Email Sent to Approver
Trip needs to be Approved (sent to Company Admin Approver). The Admin is taken to the Trips Dashboard to approve or deny the trip.
NOTE: TempoTrip does not send out a booked or ticketed itinerary. That is assumed to come from the Agency or Company.
