TempoTrip System Emails

TempoTrip sends system emails to the Traveler and the Approver .Emails Sent to Traveler

  • Initial meeting invite to the Event .

  • Meeting Reminder email. Note: The Reminder email does not include the Custom text invite .

  • Revoked Event Invite .

  • Cancelled Trip .

  • Trip Denied by Approver .

Email Sent to Approver

  • Trip needs to be Approved (sent to Company Admin Approver). The Admin is taken to the Trips Dashboard to approve or deny the trip.

NOTE: TempoTrip does not send out a booked or ticketed itinerary. That is assumed to come from the Agency or Company.
