Event Notes and Logo Setup

Event Notes

  • Event Notes are optional and editable after the event is saved.

  • Notes appear on the traveler booking request pages as Important Traveler Information and are expanded automatically by default.

Logo Setup

  • The logo is uploaded via the Event setup page. File types supported are JPG and PNG .

  • TempoTrip resizes the logo based on height. The maximum dimensions for the top-left corner are 132 pixels (w) x 62 pixels (h) .

  • The logo appears throughout the traveler booking process and on the Initial Invite, Reminder, and Revoked Invite emails. The maximum size of the logo on emails is 280 pixels (w) x 175 pixels (h). ****
