GDS, Queues, and Reporting/Remarks (Agency View at Company Level)

  • This section is specific to the Company. The Company profile can be different than the agency and will override agency defaults.

  • Input is only required for the booking and profile pseudo fields IF they are different than the Agency level settings. DK Number is only for Sabre GDS.

Queues

  • This setting is optional. It works the same as the Agency level settings but is specific for this Company.

  • If Company queues are set up and conflict with Agency queues for the same triggers, the Company queues will override the Agency.

Reporting/Remarks

  • This setting is optional. It works the same as the Agency level settings but is specific for this Company. **

  • If Company Reporting/Remarks conflict with Agency settings, the Company setting will override the Agency.
