Managing People and Profiles at Company Level

The People section allows you to add company employees manually or via bulk import. Note: For Policies that use the Require Approval control, at least one Company Admin must be added first in this section.Adding People

  • Manually: Click Add Person. First Name, Last Name, Email, and Role are required.

  • Bulk Import: Click Import and utilize the sample CSV for format guidance.

  • NOTE: Importing Profiles does not automatically create Traveler Invites, and vice versa .

Viewing/Editing Profiles

  • Click on People to view the list.

  • Search for profiles using the Search Box.

  • To View/Edit or Delete profiles, click on the 3 dots on the right-hand side. ** **

Company Roles

  • Company Owner: Can manage all company-level items (events, policies, settings, people) .

  • Company Admin: Same as Owner but cannot delete the Owner. This role is also used for Approvers .

  • Traveler: Can make a booking and view their own profile.
