Configuring Notifications and DKIM

Edited

Notifications

  • These are internal email alerts for the Agency about new activity in client accounts. **

  • Alerts cover Trip Denials, Trip Cancellations, Event Creation, and Queue Failures .

  • Sender Identity Email and Sender Identity Name allow agencies to override the standard TempoTrip email and from name, but they are read-only and require specific setup .

DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail)

  • DKIM setup is required to override the TempoTrip standard email and from name .

  • The agency identifies the Sender Email Address (e.g., notifications@xyzagency.com) and Sender Name (e.g., XYZ Agency) .

  • TempoTrip provides three CNAMEs and one TXT record that need to be added/modified to the agency's domain DNS settings (typically by the IT team) .

  • TempoTrip then confirms the setup in AWS SES and tests.
