Configuring Default Travel Programs (Optional)

You can set your agency's default travel program numbers in TempoTrip (Air, Car, and Hotel).
These rates automatically apply to searches, pricing, and bookings for companies without their own specific vendor travel programs .
If a company has its own unique programs (set at the Company Setting level), those will override the agency defaults. **
Available Programs
Air: Private Fare codes/SNAP codes (Southwest Customer ID number does not get input here) .
Hotel: Rate codes (multi-level) .
Car: Corporate discount codes.
