Custom Profile Fields and GDS Reporting

Custom Profile Fields are set at the Company Settings level. They are used to store additional information about a user .Field Details
A maximum of 40 custom profile fields are allowed .
Examples: Employee ID, Traveler Event Registration #, Department Code .
Fields can be configured as Textbox or Dropdown and can be set as Visible/Editable by Travelers or hidden.
Custom Profile Fields appear at the bottom of the traveler profile.
GDS Integration
Custom Profile Fields are configured via Reporting Remarks at either the Agency or Company level for GDS input .
The data string to enter is {{customprofilefield:customprofilefieldname}} .
The value of the field (e.g., the Traveler Profile ID number) is what will be input into the GDS PNR. ****
