PNR Synch Queue Setting and Timer Logic

The TempoTrip PNR Synch queue is a backend setting. An Agency Tag is created in the Settings > Tags section to display the synch queue pseudo, queue, and category as an interim solution. **** Synch Queue Timer Logic

• The Synch queue timer is defaulted to 1440 minutes (24 hours) .

• The day the FIRST PNR is picked up, the timer will automatically change to 15 minutes later that night .

• To reduce queue checks during periods of inactivity, the timer setting will automatically increase over time :

  • Week 1: 15 minutes

  • Week 2: 30 min

  • Week 3: 60 min

  • Week 4: 1440 minutes (24 hours)

• If a new event starts booking while the timer is at 1440 minutes, once the sync queue tool runs and finds a PNR, the timer will be reset back to 15 minutes later that night .
