Configuring Default Reporting/Remarks

Reporting Remarks, also known as file finishing, allow adding custom GDS reporting and remark fields directly to your PNRs. This is configured using: dynamic system fields, tags, custom profile fields, policy violations reasons/reason codes, and checkout questions. This setting is at the agency level and applies to all companies where the GDS commands remain the same. **** Note: If a Company GDS profile already contains the required UDID/Accounting information, some Agency Reporting Remarks and Tags may not be required.
