Configuring Default Queues

The Queues settings control default PNR processing queues. **** Mandatory Queues

  • "Ticketing": A PNR drop queue for Agency mid-office automation to process tickets or for agent action (TempoTrip does not issue tickets) .

  • TempoTrip PNR Synch queue: A backend setting, not shown in the frontend. See the dedicated Synch Queue section for logic details .

Other Queues to Consider

  • Cancelled PNRs

  • Approval required

  • Trip denied

  • Trip Approved

  • Car only

  • Hotel only

  • Car/hotel only

Note: Sabre GDS queues require a prefatory remark, which should be entered in the Category/Prefatory Remark field in TempoTrip.
