Configuring Default Queues

The Queues settings control default PNR processing queues. **** Mandatory Queues
"Ticketing": A PNR drop queue for Agency mid-office automation to process tickets or for agent action (TempoTrip does not issue tickets) .
TempoTrip PNR Synch queue: A backend setting, not shown in the frontend. See the dedicated Synch Queue section for logic details .

Cancelled PNRs
Approval required
Trip denied
Trip Approved
Car only
Hotel only
Car/hotel only
Note: Sabre GDS queues require a prefatory remark, which should be entered in the Category/Prefatory Remark field in TempoTrip.
