Agency Settings Overview

The Agency Settings menu provides access to all agency-level defaults and configurations .** The sections are:

  • General: Basic travel company information, ticketing country, IATA, and e-ticketing requirements .

  • GDS: Input default GDS API credentials and booking pseudos/PCCs .

  • Queues: Control default Queues for PNRs created through TempoTrip .

  • Reporting/Remarks: Add custom GDS reporting and remark fields .

  • Prompts/Reason Codes: Control the user's ability to submit text or select reason codes for policy violations .

  • Travel Programs: Set default travel program numbers for searches, pricing, and bookings .

  • Notifications: Alerts that inform the travel company about client account activity (event creations, trip denials, etc.) .

  • Tags: Customizable name/value pairs used to organize and categorize data at various levels.
