How to Use Traveler Lookup

The Traveler Lookup section displays a list of Company Profiled Travelers across the agency .

  • Search and Filter: You can search and filter the list by Role.

  • Display Settings: Traveler Profile rows per page can be adjusted to 20, 50, 100, or 200.

Traveler Details

  • Clicking on a traveler profile row or the > symbol displays more detail, defaulting to Trip Invites. Invite data shows status, Company Association, Events, Policies, and Bookings.

  • Clicking on a specific Traveler Invite row displays the traveler's profile data along with Company Data, Event, Policy information, and Trips booked.

Booking Options from Invite Details

  • From the top header of the Invite Details page, Agency Users have multiple booking options :

    • Book on behalf of the traveler (with full policy enforcement) .

    • Copy the unique URL to send or text the traveler .

    • Book as an Admin (bypasses most policies for c-Suite/VIPs and allows car and hotel booking) .

    • Create a PNR (shell PNR) directly in the GDS .

Trip History

  • Click the Trips button to view associated trips and their status .

  • You can filter trips by All, Previous, Upcoming, Company, Event, and Policy.

  • Clicking on a trip row displays the trip�s detail, allowing the Agency User to view booking details, history of booking events, Cancel Trip, and access a Trip PDF.
