Managing Agency Teammates and Roles

Manage Teammates

  • The Teammates section displays the Agency employees/usernames, emails, role, and status.

  • Use the Search box to find specific users .

  • Click Add Teammate button on the top-right corner to add a new user .

  • Click the ellipsis (...) to Edit or Delete users.

  • Clicking Edit displays the Agency User login profile for modification.

  • NOTE: An Agency Admin role cannot delete an Agency Owner role .

Teammate Roles

  • Agency Owner: Master account, can manage all things at the TMC level (companies, settings, teammates, trips) .

  • Agency Admin: Same as Owner, but cannot delete the Owner .

  • Account Manager: Cannot view or modify agency level settings. Can access Company level, search trips, PNR sync, view Company settings (but not create them), and can create/modify Events and Policies, revoke/delete invites, and book travelers.

  • Agent: Has certain read-only privileges (viewing companies and events). Can use Traveler Look up and can book a traveler.
